and this is a view of the town from up on a ledge that gunzz showed me today. the entrance was hidden away behind some stairs that go to the blacksmith and other NPCs around that area

sure. cardiff has a spot like magnel's too. it's by a lighthouse up on a cliff. and so does exeter but exeter's isn't as good looking lol
